1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.
Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.
2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with Steve Marofke.
By presenting our products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You can place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction features provided and explained during the ordering process.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms and Conditions in text form.
For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the internet after completion of the order.
4. Delivery Conditions
4.1 Shipping Costs
In addition to the listed product prices, shipping costs of €6.19 apply for standard shipping.
4.2 Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address specified during the ordering process.
Delivery is made exclusively by shipping — self-collection of goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to Packstations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of ordering apply.
These are total prices.
As a small business, we do not charge VAT in accordance with §19 UStG.
5.2 Payment Methods
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
Credit Card
During the ordering process, you provide your credit card details.
Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction will be executed immediately after placing your order. Further details are available during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered PayPal customers according to its own criteria. We have no influence over such offers; any individually provided payment methods are subject to your own contractual relationship with PayPal.

6. Warranty and Guarantees
6.1 Liability for Defects
The statutory provisions regarding liability for defects apply.
6.2 Guarantees and Customer Service
Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their precise terms can be found with the respective product description and on special information pages in our online shop.
7. Dispute Resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
