We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence by us, our legal representatives or persons employed by us in the performance of our obligations.

We are also liable without limitation:

  • for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health;

  • in accordance with the provisions of the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to damage that was foreseeable and typical for the contract at the time the contract was concluded.

Essential contractual obligations are obligations whose fulfilment is necessary for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contracting parties may regularly rely.

In all other respects, liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded.

The above limitations of liability apply accordingly for the benefit of our legal representatives and persons employed by us in the performance of our obligations.
