We appreciate your interest in our online shop. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. Below, we provide detailed information about how we handle your personal data.
1. Access Data and Hosting
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server automatically saves what is known as a server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider (access data).
These access data are evaluated solely to ensure trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our services. This serves to protect our legitimate interests in the proper presentation of our services in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
2. Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment and Contact
2.1 Data Processing for Contract Fulfilment
For the purpose of processing your order (including inquiries and handling of any warranty or service issues, as well as statutory update obligations) in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we collect personal data that you voluntarily provide to us during the ordering process. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as we require these data to process the contract; without them, the order cannot be completed.
The data collected are evident from the respective input forms. Further details on the processing of your data, particularly regarding transmission to our service providers for order, payment, and shipping purposes, can be found in the sections below.
After the contract has been fully executed, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the statutory retention periods under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR or we are legally entitled to retain them for other purposes as described in this policy.
2.2 Customer Account
If you have given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR by choosing to open a customer account, we use your data for that purpose and to store them for future purchases.
You may delete your customer account at any time, either by sending a message to the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy or via a function in your account settings. After deletion, your data will be erased unless you have expressly consented to further use or we are legally entitled to retain it for certain purposes as outlined here.
2.3 Contact
During customer communication, we collect personal data when you voluntarily provide them (e.g. via contact form, live chat, or email) to process your inquiry in accordance with Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
Mandatory fields are marked as such because we need these details to respond to your request. After your inquiry has been fully handled, your data will be deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use or we are legally permitted to retain it as specified in this policy.
3. Data Processing for Shipping
To fulfil the contract under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we forward your data to the shipping service provider commissioned to deliver the ordered goods, insofar as this is necessary for delivery.
If you have questions regarding our service providers and the basis of our cooperation, please contact us using the details provided in this Privacy Policy.
Data Transfer to Shipping Service Providers for Delivery Notification
If you have given your express consent under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR during or after placing your order, we will share your email address with the selected shipping provider so that they may contact you prior to delivery for notification or coordination purposes.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or the shipping provider directly. After withdrawal, your data will be deleted unless you have consented to further use or we are legally permitted to retain it.

4. Data Processing for Payment Transactions
In processing payments for purchases in our online shop, we cooperate with technical service providers, financial institutions, and payment service providers.
4.1 Data Processing for Transaction Handling
Depending on the chosen payment method, we transfer the data necessary for executing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, credit institutions, or the selected payment service provider, as required under Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.
In some cases, payment providers collect this data themselves (e.g., via their own websites or interfaces). In such cases, the privacy policy of the respective payment provider applies.
4.2 Data Processing for Fraud Prevention and Payment Optimization
We may also provide our service providers with additional data that they use, together with payment data, for fraud prevention or optimizing payment processes (e.g., billing, dispute resolution, accounting).
This serves our legitimate interests in fraud prevention and efficient payment management pursuant to Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.
5. Social Media
Social Buttons from Instagram (by Meta)
Our website includes social buttons from social networks. These are implemented as simple HTML links, so that no connection to the provider’s servers is made when you visit our site.
If you click one of these buttons, a new browser window opens, loading the social network’s website. There, you can, for example, use the Like or Share button.
6. Contact Options and Your Rights
6.1 Your Rights
As a data subject, you have the following rights under the GDPR:
- Art. 15 GDPR – Right to access the personal data we process about you.
- Art. 16 GDPR – Right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Art. 17 GDPR – Right to request deletion of your personal data, unless processing is required to exercise freedom of expression, fulfil a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
- Art. 18 GDPR – Right to restrict processing of your data under certain conditions.
- Art. 20 GDPR – Right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or request transfer to another controller.
- Art. 77 GDPR – Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, typically in your habitual residence, workplace, or the location of our business.
Right to Object
If we process your personal data to protect our legitimate interests as outlined above, you may object to such processing at any time with effect for the future.
If processing is for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time as described above. If processing occurs for other purposes, you may only object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Once you exercise your right to object, we will stop processing your personal data for those purposes, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests or the processing serves the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
This does not apply to direct marketing purposes — in that case, your data will no longer be processed for such use.
6.2 Contact Options
If you have any questions regarding the collection, processing, or use of your personal data, or if you wish to request access, correction, restriction, or deletion of data, withdraw consent, or object to a specific use of your data, please contact us directly using the details provided in our Imprint.
