Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

1. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may request cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation is only possible as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped. We therefore cannot guarantee that a cancellation request submitted within 24 hours can still be processed in time.

If cancellation is no longer possible, your statutory rights, in particular your statutory right of withdrawal, remain unaffected.

2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.

Details regarding the beginning of the withdrawal period, how to exercise your right of withdrawal and the consequences of withdrawal can be found in our separate Cancellation Policy / Right of Withdrawal.

You may exercise your right of withdrawal in particular:

• using the withdrawal button provided in our online store;
• by email to ridemount.kontakt@gmail.com;
• using the model withdrawal form;
• by making any other clear statement indicating your decision to withdraw.

Use of the withdrawal button or the model withdrawal form is not mandatory.

3. Returning the Goods

After exercising your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period has expired.

Please package the goods securely for transport. Use of the original shipping or product packaging is recommended but is not a requirement for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect the goods in the same way as you would be able to in a physical retail store.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Damage to or absence of the original packaging does not automatically exclude your right of withdrawal. However, we kindly ask you to return any original packaging and accessories as completely as possible.

5. Return Shipping Costs

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the goods delivered are free from defects and no error has occurred on our part.

In the case of defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, your statutory warranty rights apply. In such cases, please contact us before returning the goods so that we can coordinate the next steps with you.

Parcels returned to us without sufficient postage or with charges payable by the recipient may result in additional costs. Please therefore contact us before making such a return.

6. Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

We will generally use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the original order. A different method of reimbursement may be expressly agreed with you, provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a result.

7. Complaints and Defective Goods

Where possible, please provide your order number together with a brief description and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.

This request does not limit or otherwise affect your statutory warranty rights.
