Shipping policy

1. Shipping Areas

We currently deliver within Germany and to EU countries.

2. Shipping Costs

• USA: Import duties and customs fees must be paid by the buyer!
• Within Germany: €6.49
• To EU countries: €14.49 
• For orders over €100, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

 

 

3. Delivery Times

• Delivery time is usually 2–4 business days within Germany.
• 4–6 business days to EU countries.
• International deliveries may take 8–14 business days depending on the destination country.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

 

 

4. Shipping Providers

We ship our orders with DHL or UPS.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

 

 

5. Customs and Taxes for International Orders

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

 

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a delivery is returned to us due to incorrect information or failure to collect, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
